Aalo at a Glance Lighting the Path to Education

These very words of Swamiji will be the ideal and aspiration of AALO, and will serve as a constant guideline to its functioning. In spite of Governmental and non-governmental efforts, students with potential to excel in education seldom get proper opportunities due to economic constraints.

AALO is a non-profitable trust providing scholarships to under-privileged and/or meritorious students all over West Bengal — at the same amount as the state government scholarship.

AALO also helps in the upbringing of students alongside providing the scholarship. Each member personally mentors at least one student — guiding them in studies, supporting their future, and teaching them the lifelong value of education.

Our Work How AALO Makes a Difference

Beyond financial assistance, AALO builds a support ecosystem that empowers students to reach their full potential.

Scholarship Support

Financial scholarships equivalent to the West Bengal state government scholarship are provided to under-privileged and meritorious students of Class XI–XII across all districts of West Bengal.

Personal Mentorship

Every AALO member personally mentors at least one scholarship student — guiding them in studies, career planning, and instilling the value of education through consistent personal engagement.

Community Relief

From natural calamities to festive seasons, AALO provides clothes and essential utilities to marginalised communities in Purulia, Jhargram, Jalpaiguri, Malda, Bankura, Murshidabad and beyond.
